Our CAD abilities to serve our customers

3D CAD models:
For implementation of rapid prototyping technologies, we need a 3D CAD model (STL, CATIA natif ,IGS, DXF3D, SAT, VDA,…). These files are also used for manufacturing. We use software interface to transform CAD files into STL files directly exploitable by our solid imaging systems.

Machines run file automatically wihout corruption. They guarantee faithfull reproduction of the original CAD model, within limits of process and of size of the piece to realize.

3D CAD conception and digitalization:
We can modify, work again on your CAD file, do thickness editions (tanks, radiators grille). We can also conceive pieces and validate their design, their assembling, or simply their functionality by producing a prototype. We carry out as well 3D reconstruction of a parts from a 2D plan. If you have a physical model of your parts, we are able to reconstruct it by digitalisation. Data could be send by Email, by Upload or by Cayor.
