You are taken by time, you want to ratify a design, an application with "real material" plastic parts, close to injection, or aluminium or magnesium foundry parts, we offer our services in vacuum-duplication and lost wax foundry.

Vacuum Casting:
From a key model (stereolitography parts mostly), we realise a silicone tool, in wich we cast polyurethane resin parts. Perfect copy of the original, this technique allows to get in a very short delay (8 days) flexible parts (40 to 80 shores A), rigid parts (50 to 90 shores D), transparent or high temperature parts. Depending on the choice of resin, parts have mechanical characteristics of type : caoutchouc, ABS, ABS GF, PC, PP, PE, PA6-6, PA6-6 GF 30, PMMA… Parts can be block tinted (RAL, Pantone) for a finish closest to serie.
