Laser sintering

Erpro, really functional prototypes.
We realize on our sintering machines real polyamide and real polyamide GF prototypes. We are specialized in functional prototypes (mechanical strain, environment, pressure…), in large size parts (calendes, bumpers, dashboards,…) and aspect parts (paint finition). We also use our means of production to make our polystyrene models for lost wax foundry.

Powder sintering possesses the following advanyages:
 Mechanical characteristics (functional tests under real conditions)
 Behaviour under temperature (100°C to 150°C ambient temperature)
 Dimensional stability
 Good waterproofness (after treatment), good behaviour to hydrocarbons
 Polystyrene models used a lot for lost wax foundry.
