Lost wax foundry

In order to shorten delays to manufacture prototype parts stemmed from lost wax foundry, we use our sintering machine to build polystyrene models. They are, apart from shrinkage, the aluminium parts to realize replica. After waxing and preparation, models are entrusted to a founder who uses block mold technology to obtain final parts. We use vacuum-duplication to cast wax models directly .

We also take charge of machining that are achieved in our mechanical department.
