DIRECT METAL MANUFACTURE

Our 3D metal printers (1 EOS M280, 2 SLM 280 HL and 1 SLM 500), allow from a CAO-3D file to build aluminium, stainless steel, 718 Inconel, TiAl6V4 Titanium and Maraging steel pieces.

Additive metal manufacturing allows to make pieces with complicated geometry (cavity, arch material…) but also to make injection tools for plastic pieces.
Additive metal manufacturing is perfect for e-manufacturing projects. It guarantees reduced cost and time through a special process of manufacturing involving the fusion of the material with a laser ray until getting a piece, layer by layer.

ERPRO & SPRINT first purchaser [1] of the SLM500 in France :

ERPRO & SPRINT is a leading company in the field of digital manufacturing and offers a wide range of services in the 3D printing area. They recently became a new client and purchased the latest selective laser melting system SLM®500HL of SLM Solutions, equipped with 4x400W fiber lasers, to improve productivity and reduce production costs. Due to its quad laser technology, the SLM®500HL is by far the most efficient and compact machine on the market and belongs to the product portfolio of SLM Solutions Group AG, headquartered in Lübeck, Germany. The productive machine was sold to ERPRO & SPRINT through the French agent, Multistation.
