Fusion laser de poudre aluminium - Frittage de poudre polyamide
Powder Sintering
[English] [français]
Erpro, real working prototypes
With out laser sintering machines we are able to produce proper prototypes in polyamide (PA 12, PA 11), glass-filled polyamide (30%), alumide (50% aluminium), carbon and TPU (ShA 90).
We also produce 3D prints in self-extinguishing Polyamide with a V0 FAR 25 flammability certification. Highly resistant, this material is virtually unbreakable and ideally suited for aerospace uses (aviation parts).
We also offer white PA 11. This is a mass-coloured polyamide that is extremely shock-resistant and is perfect for meeting the most demanding technical requirements. We should stress that white PA 11 is also perfectly suited to film – hinge applications.
We are specialists in working prototypes (mechanical constraints, environment and pressure etc.), for large-scale parts (radiator grills, bumpers and dashboards etc.) and appearance components (paint finish).
Advantages
• Mechanical characteristics (working tests in real conditions)
• Temperature stability (100 to 150° ambient)
• Dimensional stability
• Waterproofing (after treatment) resistance to hydrocarbons etc.…
• Aircraft parts
Process
THE POWDER SINTERING PROCESS
The Selective Laser Sintering process is very similar to the principles of stereolithography. The difference lies in the use of a polymer powder instead of a photo-sensitive resin.
The manufacture of parts is carried out by stacking successive layers.
Each of these layers is formed by the passage of the laser which carries the particles in a liquid state and binds them together.
Unlike stereolithography, no support is needed to hold the part or parts in place during manufacture as the unsintered powder provides the support for the subsequent layers of construction.
