Rapid tooling refers to a fully numerical production process for conventional injection mould allowing significant cost and delivery time reduction for your prototypes, small series and series. Using electro- erosion, milling equipment and injection presses we provide finishing operation, adjustment and part injection. We can manufacture prototype and small series plastic parts within a record time (1 to 2 weeks). We design molds from yours CAO files, then we make the injection tooling with our direct metal laser sintering equipment EOS M250 Xtended.
